NEW STATE GOVERNMENT REGIONAL RELOCATION GRANT OFFERS $7,000 INCENTIVE TO MOVE TO AN EVOCITY
We are excited to able to tell you that the prospect of a move to Albury, Armidale, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Tamworth or Wagga Wagga just got even more attractive, with the announcement of the State Government's new Regional Relocation Grants program.
Under the program, Sydney families who sell their home and relocate to regional NSW – including all seven of the Evocities - will receive a $7,000 grant.
Once you have sold in Sydney, you need to buy a principal place of residence in regional NSW (up to the value of $600,000).
Unfortunately, at this stage, the Grants do not extend to people relocating from Sydney who are not currently homeowners; however we are hopeful the NSW Government will consider this in the future.
